The FW1350-D is an OMAC honeycomb paper stretch machine listed with a cutter. Its stated application is stretching, drying and cutting honeycomb paper core to length for use in panel furniture. It handles a core preparation stage; the product page does not describe a complete finished-panel production system.
Three connected preparation tasks
The original catalog identifies three operations:
- Stretching the honeycomb paper core.
- Drying the stretched material.
- Cutting it to the required length.
Before selecting equipment, confirm the incoming paper core, desired finished dimensions and how the prepared core will be handled in the next stage of panel manufacture.

Read the catalog limits
| Parameter | FW1350-D |
|---|---|
| Maximum stretching width | 1350 mm |
| Maximum stretching thickness | 100 mm |
| Heating tube power | 18 kW |
| Feeding speed | 0–10 m/min |
| Drying capacity | 0–8 m/min |
| Cutter width | 1450 mm |
| Overall dimensions | 3170 × 1800 × 1375 mm |
The feeding speed and drying capacity are separate catalog values. Neither alone defines the output of your specific paper material. Moisture, incoming format, target dimensions and process settings should be included in the equipment discussion.
Plan what happens before and after the machine
Describe how the incoming core arrives and where the cut material will go. If you are building a wider panel furniture process, record the adjacent tasks and the space available for material movement.
The FW1350-D page does not specify paper grade, cell size, adhesive chemistry, finished panel strength or a complete bonding process. Ask OMAC to confirm the machine configuration against your actual core specification and process plan.
Prepare the information needed for selection
Send the incoming core dimensions, thickness, cell information if available, moisture condition, target stretching width and required cut lengths. Include samples or drawings when discussing the project with OMAC.
